Pana Community Hospital is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our Laboratory team. This position is responsible for performing venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all ages while ensuring accurate patient identification, proper specimen handling, and a safe, sanitary environment. The Phlebotomist provides professional and courteous patient care, follows hospital policies and procedures, and works collaboratively with laboratory staff to support efficient, high-quality patient care. National Certification in Phlebotomy, a high school diploma or equivalent, current CPR certification, and phlebotomy experience are required. Salary Range: $18.08 - $21.70 per hour (based on experience).
