The Pana Medical Group was established in 1936 by Dr. R.B. (Rudy) and Dr. F.W. (Fritz) Siegert. Since that time, the practice has served patients in Pana and the surrounding areas providing exceptional medical care. Dr. Deogracias Quizon has served the clinic since the early 1970's! In 2016, Dr. Dennis Yap and Dr. Marlon Muneses also joined the practice and are assisted by Nurse Practitioners, Tabitha Wilhour,FNP-C, Coleen Rakers, ANP-C, Cindy Rich, APN CNP and Kelcie West, NP-C. Prescription Medications
Medications should be discussed and refilled during an appointment or requested online through the secure patient portal. Please allow 24 hours for all refills.
Appointments
To schedule an appointment, call any of our three office locations or request an appointment via the Patient Portal. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office to cancel or reschedule.
Emergency Care
In an emergency situation, patients are asked to got to the nearest Emergency Department.

Walk-In Clinic
If our offices are closed and you have a non-emergent need, patients may go to FastCare located at Pana Community Hospital. Use the Emergency/ExpressCARE entrance to be seen. The hours for this convenient service are Monday-Friday-7:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturday and Sundays and holidays 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. ExpressCARE is open all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas. No appointments are needed!!
