At Pana Community Hospital, we believe in celebrating the everyday heroes who go above and beyond to make a difference. Our High Five Program is a way to recognize employees who consistently demonstrate compassion, dedication, and exceptional service—both to patients and fellow team members.

 

Whether it's a kind gesture, outstanding teamwork, or simply making someone’s day better, we want to hear about it! Patients, visitors, and staff are all encouraged to nominate a deserving employee or co-worker for a High Five.

 

How to Nominate:
You can submit a nomination by filling out a High Five form below. Simply share the name of the employee, their department, and a brief description of what they did that deserves recognition. Let’s celebrate those who make PCH a better place—one High Five at a time!
