Dietician - Pana Community Hospital

Jamie Gillett is a proud 2004 graduate of Pana High School and earned both her Bachelor's (2009) and Master’s (2011) degrees from Eastern Illinois University, with a special focus in Nutrition Education.

With deep roots in the Pana community—her mother is a teacher at Pana Elementary and her father is a local farmer—Jamie is no stranger to the area. She began her career working in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Springfield from 2011 to 2017, before transitioning to consulting work in 2017. Her experience includes providing nutrition services in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, including Heritage Health in Pana and Shelbyville Community Dialysis.

Jamie began working with Pana Community Hospital in September 2024 and has found it to be a wonderful fit. She enjoys reconnecting with familiar faces, collaborating with the exceptional dietary team, and helping educate patients about health and nutrition.

Jamie lives in Moweaqua with her husband, Nolan, and their three children, ages 11, 9, and 6. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family, and savoring a good cup of coffee.
