Dr. Clayton Roland is a board-eligible family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families of all ages. He believes in building lasting relationships with his patients and partnering with them to achieve their health goals through preventive care, education, and personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Roland earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Valparaiso University. He went on to complete his Family Medicine Residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield.
His clinical interests include preventive medicine, sports medicine, and the management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. He enjoys caring for patients through every stage of life, from routine wellness visits and preventive screenings to helping individuals manage complex health conditions.
Joining Pana Medical Group is especially meaningful for Dr. Roland. Early in his healthcare journey, he worked as a summer employee at Pana Community Hospital and spent time shadowing local physicians—experiences that inspired his passion for family medicine.
Outside of the office, Dr. Roland enjoys following sports, listening to music, exploring electronic media, and spending quality time with his family.
