Patrick McGuire grew up in St. Joseph, Illinois, and graduated from St. Joseph-Ogden High School in 2006. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bradley University and later received a Master of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University. In 2022, he completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Patrick holds two national board certifications through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Executive. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Patrick joined Pana Community Hospital in 2023 as Chief Clinical Officer/Chief Nurse Executive. In 2025, he transitioned into the role of Chief Operating Officer.
