Amanda Swenny Lees is a 1996 graduate of Pana High School and earned her Associate in Applied Science in Respiratory Care in 1998. She spent the next 18 years serving patients as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, building a strong foundation in clinical care and healthcare operations.
In 2014, Amanda transitioned into healthcare leadership, expanding her expertise in management and organizational leadership. She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Francis in 2019.
Amanda joined Pana Community Hospital in 2023 as the Director of Human Resources and Quality. In June of 2026, she transitioned into the role of Director of Physician Clinics, where she oversees the hospital's physician clinic operations across the organization.
