Pana Community Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Services team. This full-time position serves both our critical access hospital and outpatient rehab clinic, providing diverse and rewarding clinical experiences.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients’ physical and functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through therapy to achieve their optimal level of function. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient-centered care and eager to contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on exceptional outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Active License to Practice in Illinois
- One Year Experience (preferred)
- Current CPR Certification
