Physical Department: Quad County Home Health and Hospice
Job Title: CNA
Status: Non-exempt; Part-Time
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday)
Salary Range: $18.08-$21.70 (Based on Experience)
Responsibilites:
Quad County is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. The candidate that fills this role will be responsible for the delivery, set-up, instruction of use of any durable medical equipment, maintenance checks and the appropriate documentation required. The individual will assist in personal care and hygiene of assigned home health or hospice patients.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalency
- Certification as Nurse’s Aide
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a healthcare setting as a Nurses’ Aide or equivalent
- Experience in respiratory equipment usage (preferred)
- Experience in home health / hospice (preferred)
- Heavy lifting and physical effort (required)
