Description:
Rehab Services is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our rehabilitation team! This position includes evaluations of the physical and functional ability of our patients. This individual will assist in developing a plan of care to improve a patient's function to their optimum level.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a accrediated PTA program
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant License in Illinois

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

- Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
- Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders

Description:
Pana Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medication therapy, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and providing clinical support to healthcare providers and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medication orders, prepare and dispense medications, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy, review patient medication histories, and monitor drug therapy.
- Participate in clinical rounds, provide drug information, and conduct medication therapy management. Assist with therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic dosing.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff on medication use, side effects, and interactions. Train pharmacy students and residents.
- Develop and implement policies related to medication use, safety, and administration. Manage the formulary and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support and conduct research on pharmacotherapy and clinical outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Current and active pharmacist license in State of Illinois
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Cardiopulmonary

Job Title: Respiratory Care Practitioner
Status: Non-exempt; PRN

Responsibilities:
As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will assess patients' respiratory conditions by reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and performing therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. This individual will respond to emergent and critical situations which may include assisting in airway management and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Additional responsibilities will include pulmonary function testing, cardiac stress testing, and holter monitor administration.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in respiratory therapy from an accredited program.
- A valid Illinois state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
- Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), such as the Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications or willingness to obtain

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist
Status: Non-exempt; Full- time
Hours: Day time hours (varies); No weekends, call, or holidays required
Description:
- Prepare for surgical procedures using the surgeon preference card and obtain supplies and instruments for the procedure.
- Practice sterile and aseptic technique as demonstrated by proper surgical hand scrub, preparation of mayo stand, back table and other sterile surfaces including the draping of the patient.
- Safely manage instrumentation and equipment during the surgical procedure.
- Manage countable items on the surgical field to avoid retained surgical items.
- Perform post case clean up and proper care of instrumentation.
- Perform patient care including but not limited to medication management on the sterile field, dressing application and assisting with positioning as needed.
