Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
  • Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
  • Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
  • Update patient progress to relevant parties
  • Research related speech and language problems
  • Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies

Requirements: 

  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology and Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • One (1) year experience preferred

The primary responsibilities of this position include:  Third party payer claims filing and follow-up, daily, correspondence and EOB processing, appeals processing, and document scanning.  This position will also be responsible for assisting patients with account inquiries and payment arrangements. This person will assist in all areas of patient accounts.
