Trina Casner graduated from Pana High School in 1984 and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Millikin University in 1988. In 2009, Trina received a Masters of Business Administration degree from Millikin University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
