Tom Culberson, RN
Director of Quad County Home Health Programs
Tom graduated from First Baptist Christian Academy in 1993. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH in 1998. The first 12 years of his career was spent in critical care where he earned certificates in critical care nursing, and trauma nurse specialist. After transitioning to homecare and hospice, he felt a calling to return home and be a part of the health care in his home community and has been the Director of Nursing for Quad County Home Health and Hospice since 2015.
