Melissa Rybolt graduated Pana High School in 1986. She recieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing & Public Relations from Bradley University. She began her career at Pana Community Hospital in 2003 as Marketing Coordinator and took the role of Foundation Executive Director in May of 2024.
