BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The surgery department is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST). We are looking for an experienced professional who can work quickly and efficiently in a fast-pased environment to provide optimal care to the patients we serve. The surgical technician will work directly with the surgeons and nursing staff. The position will include significant duties in the sterile processing area along with some housekeeping duties. The successful candidate must be willing to obtain certification as a sterile processing technician as well.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a recognized surgical technology program. National Certification and current CPR are required. Sterile processing experience preferred.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This individual will be providing assessments of social, financial, resources and emotional needs of patients in families in Quad County Home Health, Quad County Hospice and the Community Medical Clinic; supporting and educating patients and families regarding end of life issues and advanced care planning; participation in Hospice Interdisciplinary team meetings; and works in conjunction with hospice bereavement coordinator to assess patients for bereavement needs and transition to bereavement care.
QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred candidates must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or have a valid Master's in Social Work degree and actively pursuing their LCSW.
