WORK SCHEDULE:  Tuesdays and Wednesdays (occasionally) - less than 20 hours per week

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Professional registered nurse who is responsible for planning the care of the adolescent, adult, and or geriatric patient, based on the assessment of the patient’s subjective and objective health care needs and to coordinate the nursing care plan with the medical-surgical regime established by the primary physician and or surgeon for patients before, during and after surgery.  This nurse will handle a variety of tasks.  They will work alongside the surgical team flexing in the pre-op, intra-op, and post-op nursing care areas.  The registered nurse is expected to possess the depth of knowledge required to plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of such care according to the Nursing Department standards of care and practice.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Cleaning of all dishes and utensils, food preparation, cleaning of cafeteria, serving on tray line and serving as cashier.

QUALIFICATIONS:  High school graduate or equivalent; must be able to understand, read and write English; ability to follow oral and written instructions; computer skills are necessary with on the job training.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Clinic LPN shall have the knowledge and skills to meet the health care needs of medical-surgical, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in a clinical setting, and will acquire training and clinical experience while providing logistical support for the operations of the Pana Medical Group under the supervision of the physicians and practice manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing; current Illinois license as a licensed practical nurse; current CPR certification; certified in medication administration; willing to work flexible, alternate hours if needed; completion of appropriate employee skills checklist within 90 days of employment; and knowledge in trends in practical nursing and cardiopulmonary practices as demonstrated by current competence.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The primary responsibility of this position include:  Third party payer claims filing and follow-up daily, correspondence and EOB processing, appeals processing, and document scanning.  This position will also be responsible for assisting patients with accounct inquiries and payment arrangements.  

QUALIFICATIONS:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; above average computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel; able to perform assigned duties independently without direct supervision; willing to assist with flexible hours in order to meet departmental staffing needs; high school graduate or equivalent (GED); previous experience with third party payer claims processing preferred; CPT4 and ICD10 coding experience preferred; and previous experience working with public required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
