Proceeds from McDonalds Cards Benefit Project

March 14th, 2018

McDonalds of Pana presented the Pana Community Hospital Foundation the proceeds from the sale of sandwich and drink punch cards during the holiday season.  The fundraising effort brought in $5,500, which will help fund the PCH Building Project.  Kirk Woods, General Manager of McDonalds, presented the funds to Kim Pollman, Executive Director of the PCH Foundation, and Vicky Gullion, Chairman of the PCHF Capital Campaign Steering Committee.

Pana Community Hospital Foundation has committed to raising $1.5 million towards the cost of the $20.1 million project.  A Steering Committee has been formed to conduct a Capital Campaign.  Kim Pollman, Executive Director of the Foundation stated; “This generous donation goes a long way in helping us to reach our goals.  The support of local businesses as well as individuals has always been the cornerstone to our fundraising success.”

The building project is the largest expansion to Pana Community Hospital since the 1970’s adding over 30,000 square feet to the back and front of the hospital.  Currently crews are working on both the front and back of the hospital.  Iron workers have completed most of the first story flooring structure with the 3-story vertical beams all in place.  Crews are also beginning the ground work for the front addition.

Donations to the PCH Building Project can be made at anytime by contacting the Foundation office at 217-562-6340 or by donating online at give.panahospital.com.
