Gift Shop Closes Temporarily

June 18th, 2018

The Pana Community Hospital Auxiliary announces that the hospital Gift Shop is now temporarily closed during the hospital’s construction process.  This is necessary as construction crews begin renovations to the first floor of the hospital.

Kim Pollman, Executive Director of the Foundation, will move her office from its’ current location in the Medical Mall to where the gift shop was located.  Once renovations are complete the new gift shop will be relocated where the Foundation office is currently.  The new gift shop will offer a larger space for merchandise and a storage closet located just off the shop for added convenience.

Gift shop committee volunteers, Helen Goddard, Joyce Morgan, Marie Horsthemke, and Volunteer Coordinator, Rachael Springate are excited about opening a brand new space in April of 2019.  “We apologize for the temporary closing of our shop, but we are very excited about the changes the new space will bring.  We will offer brand new merchandise that our customers are sure to enjoy,” stated Morgan.    The gift shop will have a Grand Re-Opening in the spring of 2019 to celebrate their new location within the Medical Mall.
